Casa Italo

Casa Italo is a flat completely renovated in 2022 of 70 square metres available for 2/6 people. It is not located in the farmhouse but in the historical centre of the small village of Tresnico, not view lake, about 2 km from the centre of Gardone Riviera and 2 km from the farmhouse itself. A car is needed to get to the lake or to a supermarket, and in the village there is free parking for locals and tourists. Being located in a strategic point allows our guests to experience a holiday immersed in the tranquillity of a characteristic village, surrounded by nature and paths for walking, trekking or hiking in the mountains. In the nearby villages you can find excellent restaurants and in the centre of Gardone Riviera a splendid Botanical Garden and the Vittoriale Museum of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio It has two double bedrooms, an open space with a large kitchen, a sofa bed for two people and satellite television, a bathroom with a large shower, free wi-fi, air-conditioning and heating. Services included for the flat: Water, gas, electricity, heating, satellite TV, internet connection, wi-fi, bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware. The modern flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation. Smoking is not allowed in the flat.
