Our Olive Oil

Our farm stretches for 50,000 square meters and produces extra virgin olive oil without using fertilizers or chemical pesticides.

In late winter plants are pruned to prepare them for oil production. After flowering in summer we get drupes, the olive fruits. During the months of October and November, olives are harvested with compressed air combs, and gathered in nets spread at the foot of our olive trees, which include the Casaliva, Leccino and Frantoio varieties.

Olives are immediately taken to the mill, where they are washed and cold pressed with a millstone to produce excellent extra virgin olive oil, which is then bottled.
