BOOKING YOUR STAY
In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% must be paid by bank transfer.
The balance of the booking will be payable on arrival by cash, debit card or Visa - Mastercard.
All extra services requested on site must be paid for prior to departure.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check out from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS
Free cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, deposit will be returned.
For cancellations made after 20 days prior to arrival or for no-shows, the full amount of the deposit will be retained.
For early departures the full amount of the remaining stay will be charged.
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
The minimum stay varies according to the period and type of accommodation booked, as specified on our quotations and through our sales channels.
The tourist tax, to be paid directly at the Casale, is € 1.00 per person per day from 14 years of age.
Minors (up to 14 years of age) and non-self-sufficient disabled persons (with appropriate medical certification and accompanying person) are exempt from payment for the entire period.
